Where is that red wire located? What does it connect to?

@phoneuser0809 without seeing where the wire comes from and where it goes to, there is not a whole lot that we can tell you. Get some pictures of all of this and post it with your QUESTION Adding images to an existing question

The red wire plugs into the front I/O panel, yes? I would recommend inspecting the front I/O board, The motherboard (the components the cable plugs into) and then then the power supply. The power supply is the most likely to break so I would inspect that first. Make sure to let it set for 2 days to allow the high voltage to discharge and wear an ESD strap when working on it (as the manual says). If the red wire is part of one of the cables that go to the power supply, check the power supply and the surrounding components where the cable was connected for damage. Patch and replace components as needed.

If you have more information about what happened and where exactly the spark was, then that would be helpful for a further diagnosis.

WARNING: Powers supplies contain high voltage that can be lethal, do not open the power supply unless you know what you are doing.
