I manage a hotel and my handheld panasonic phone wont ring at all. This phone is connected to a NEC DTH-16D-2 Elite landline. The only phone that will ring is the NEC DTH-16D-2 Elite phone. Does anyone know how I could fix this?

Can you call out from the phone OK, you didn’t say?
Have you checked if the phone is in silent mode?
