Can I upgrade the storage and the ram in this laptop?

You cannot increase the memory or the storage as these are mounted on the systemboard.

Scroll to p.38 to view all the systemboard variants available with the different memory and storage options. All are mounted on the board.

One way to increase storage is perhaps to insert the largest capacity micro SD card that you can afford or need and use that as the “storage” drive for your data, leaving the installed eMMC storage for the operating system and any programs that you have installed. Just a thought.
