Please verify the model number of the oven and also which element is faulty?

Here are the elements available for a Breville BOV800XL oven, if this is the oven model that you’re referring to.

From what I can tell also, the BOV845BSS has most, if not almost all of the same parts as the BOV800XL, which is much easier to find parts for. The website linked above confirmed the lower heating element fits the 845 too.
