I am looking to buy this macbook, seller told me that display was damaged on its own, he told me possible reason could be moisture.where he lives it rains a lot.

Sat Kumar attach an external monitor and see if that shows properly. This is either a LCD issue or a GPU issue. Let us know what the external monitor shows you.
