My laptop is not connecting to a specific router, even after using an external wifi USB.

Hi,
Can you connect to the router OK using other devices? Just to prove that you're using the correct password, you didn't say?

Can it connect to other WIFI? Do you have other devices that can connect to the router you’re referencing?
