I have no sound
I have no sound. I held the highest key turned it on and still no sound. I have a Yamaha PSR-195

Hi,
Check if there are any sounds heard when plugging in a set of headphones into the headphone/aux out socket of the rear of the control panel.
You will either need a 3.5mm to 6.3mm stereo adapter or headphones that have a 6.3mm plug

I’m having the same issue with my Yamaha PSR-160. If headphones do not work, what are next steps?
I’m going to try this first.
Try to restart the instrument to the factory settings.
[NOTE] This operation may delete the backup settings and data saved in the instrument’s user memory depending on the model.
While holding down the white key on the right end (C7), press the standby/on switch to turn on the power to this instrument.
