No boot after replacing GPU

Hallo! I changed my GPU with a GPU from an Imac 2011 because it had a faulty one. Now my device wont turn on. When ik Look al the LED’s the first one powers on. But when I press the power button it switches off en does not power on any more until i pull out the power cord and plug it back in. None of the other Leds power on.
