Dropped phone. No sign of turning on

So i was putting phone in pocket and managed to miss pocket. Phone dont turn on at all. Phone looks untouched. Nothing broke as case protected it, not even a scratch. When i connect to power no Led turns on. Was thinking it was the screen but i connected it to the computer to see if usb would recognize with the beep computer does when it attaches something but nothing. Is there something i havent done. Thanks in advance

Hi,

You will have to open the phone and check for any loose connections or component damage caused by the fall.

Just because there is no external damage doesn’t mean that there hasn’t been any internal damage.

Here’s a video that shows how to replace the battery in your phone.

I’m not suggesting that it is a battery problem. The video is useful as it shows how to open the phone to gain access to the internal components so that they can be checked etc.

If doing this yourself seems too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to fix the phone.
