I just dropped my iphone, now the telephoto camera not working and the camera module get overheat (just the telephoto camera module). Do i need to change the camera or its the IC problem? please help

Unless you have the tools and skills required to troubleshoot the camera driver circuit, the easiest thing to do is to replace the camera module with a known-good module (or new) to see if the problem persists or not. Unfortunately, the camera module is quite expensive.
