My m365 scooter replica wont turn on replica

I have a replica scooter brought from china, it worked for a week and stopped after charging it, when i press the on button the lcd screens flashes once and doesnt do this again for another ten minutes doing the exact same thing again. ive check the bett power and it seems right 2v out . and lcd seems to be working and I have replaced the controller for the scooter, but it still does the same thing , any advice on what this could be would be appreciated
