Hi @adarsh2999 ,
Try a Startup repair and see if that fixes it
If you have Win 10 installed try getting into the Windows Recovery Environment to see if you can repair the startup.
To get into WRE start the laptop and when it starts to boot into Windows, force stop the laptop by holding the Power button until it shuts down.
Do this 3 times i.e. start > boot > force shutdown > start > boot > force shutdown etc.
On the 3rd attempt it should boot into the WRE.
Select Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup Repair and follow the prompts.
DO NOT select Reset this PC because if you select the wrong option after this it will re install Windows and erase all your data.
If you cannot get into WRE for whatever reason, have you got a Windows Recovery USB?
If not you can create one from any known working Win 10 computer. All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time. In the "host" computer go to Control Panel > Recovery > create a recovery drive
When you have the USB recovery drive, insert it into the laptop, start the laptop and then alter the boot options to boot from the USB drive as first boot option (not sure but it may be Esc then F9, check your user guide). Then restart the laptop. If it doesn't boot from the USB you have to go into BIOS (press Esc then F10 on startup) and disable Secure Boot and enable USB legacy support save the changes and restart the laptop.
It will boot into the WRE so perform the repair as shown above

Hi @adarsh2999 ,
Does it do this if you alter the position of the screen i.e. move the lid back a bit further?
Just wondering if there is a problem with the lid sensor (switch?) and the OS thinks that the lid is closed
jayeff tarafından
No it goes to sleep automatically... Even if don't touch the lid

@adarsh2999
Just verifying that you moved the lid back a bit and it still occurred is this correct?
Did you try setting the "sleep" options to Never to see if it still happened.
If Win10 go to Settings >System > power and sleep
jayeff tarafından
Yes i have set the sleep timer to never.
About the lid... It's normally open and I don't touch to it second time still it gets to sleep mode

@adarsh2999
I meant that you actually move the lid further open than you normally would when you open it and check if the problem is still there.
It is only a test to try and eliminate possibilities as sleep mode can be triggered by the lid position (it should be nearly closed for this to occur but as I said a test) as well as inactivity after the set time duration
