Why is there no video?

So my GameCube has no video, but it has sound. Further inspection shows that only the red input is working and not the white and yellow.

i tried switching cables and that didn’t work.

Hi,

Have you proved that the the AV input (yellow - video + red & white - left and right audio) on the device (is it a TV?) that the game cube is connected to is working OK, you didn't say? You only said that you changed cables.

Try connecting another device that has an AV output to the device, e.g. a dvd player and check that there is video and audio when using it to determine whether the problem is in the game cube or not.

Hi! So I tested the same cables and TV with another GameCube I have, and it works fine.
