I somehow managed to break both of the screen hinges on my MBP 15" 2015 so that the top part is loose and bends too far. However, I got one spare full screen assembly from MBP 13" late 2013. Are those hinges interchangeable?

Yes & No!
While the hinge its self is the same design the clutch part is different as the 13” weighs less than the 15” so it won’t hold the angle when over 45º and the wires which are threaded through are too short!
Now the real issue is how hard it would be to swap out the hinge! The retina displays are much harder to take apart! Here’s a good example MacBook Pro Retina Display Teardown
Its best to return your 13” display and get the correct one! Its also possible the screws them selves are just loose! Follow this guide MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 Display Assembly Replacement as you do you might find the case side screws are loose which would be an easy fix. Once off you should be able to slide off the clutch cover (reference the MacBook Pro Retina Display Teardown) Step 4 to see the screws holding the hinge to the lid frame. Otherwise its really time for a new display assembly!

Nah, I don't think it's just the screws, because of nasty cracks I heard. Maybe I should visit a local third party repair shop and ask if they got some useless 15" screen assemblies with dead LCDs or something.
