Something fell on the top of the laptop and broke the display, now I want to replace it but I don’t know how to take the Display-assembly apart and don’t want to break something.

Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.84 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the LCD panel.
Here’s a link to the parts for the laptop. Click on Select Commodity > LCD panels (5) to find the part numbers. Be aware that there are different types of panels i.e. FHD and HD. Sometimes the part number can be found on the back of the LCD panel itself if you wish to verify that you’re ordering the correct one.
Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
