My touchscreen is not working. The lcd works and all, its just that it doesnt respond to touch. And yes, I have tried every possible option without working on the watch e.g restart, software update. Do I have to change the entire screen or just the glass on top of the lcd?

The Digitizer has gone out, only way to fix it would be a screen replacement, they usually come as a screen assembly, it'll come with the LCD, Digitizer, and glass. Although smart watches can be very difficult to perform a repair on so I'd be careful if trying to do the repair yourself.
