I replaced all 7 fuses and reconnected the power. The TV powered on with audio on one channel, but no picture. The power board has a green flashing light and the left board has a solid green light. When the TV is first turned on there is a clicking sound. Can you offer any solutions?

Start with the no video troubleshooting flowchart from the service manual
You can also check the no power troubleshooting flowchart on p.41 to make sure that all the voltages are there and correct.

the clicking sound is probably normal. Voltage supplied to the TV must stabilize b4 it is applied and the click is the time delayed relay.
