Hi,

If you have owned the vehicle from new, what type of warranty has it got, limited or extended?

If extended check out the length of the warranty and what it covers. Hopefully it is still valid and that it covers all factory fitted items. If so get a warranty repair

If limited, you will have to replace the display as the warranty has elapsed.

Here’s a video that may help. Although it is not the same vehicle the problem is the same.

I can’t find a guide online for how to remove the unit from the dash in your model, you may have better luck.
