I dropped my phone and the screen is cracked. The display is turning on for like 0.5 seconds at a time and then turning black. How can I fix this?

You'll need to get the screen replaced. Check around local independent repair shops and get quotes. You can also fix it yourself if you're really comfortable with it

Basically I dropped my phone by accident and the left button of my phone is cracked and the screen is not working

@emerickambella As far as the screen not working, it's almost certain that it broke when it was dropped and needs to be replaced. See my answer below for a guide showing you how to do that.
As far as the "left button is cracked" problem, you'll have to elaborate on that. According to Samsung your phone doesn't have any buttons on the left side of the phone; all three - power and volume up/down - are on the right side, so it's not clear what button you're talking about.
Your best bet for getting help is to start a new question and add pictures of the damage.
