Could you jerry rig a iPhone 5 battery to work on a iPhone 5c?
I would like to know if it’s possible to somehow modify a iPhone 5 battery to work on a iPhone 5c

These are not interchangable. The iPhone 5 connector has 4 pins, but the 5c has 3. Replacement guide if needed:iPhone 5c Battery Replacement

Yes, I know they are both different I was thinking if I could like desolder the battery connector from a iPhone 5c battery and solder it on a iPhone 5 battery

I would imagine that you could remove the BMS board as of the 5 battery and mount it to the 5Cs battery. But I have never tried this before so I may be wrong.

The BMS board is the part with the wire and the connector. Right?
Yes. You should be able to just peel up the adhesive and clip it off. @Ol’banana chips
