Blue light - empty but it’s full.
The ‘no water’ blue light is on on our Morphy Richard’s steam generating iron. What can I do? It is full and it does heat. It’s not drawing water in.

What is the model number of the iron?
Sounds as though the water level sensor may be faulty as the iron is showing that there is no water when there is, so maybe that it why it won't draw any water in, because it thinks that there is none.
How old is the iron? Check the manufacturer's warranty provisions in the user manual that came with the iron and if still within the warranty period, make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
