Oculus quest 2 will not pair with my phone and will not track i tried to force reset but that made the quest soft lock and i cannot get of the screen showing me to remove the controller sticks and will only has the 3 dots

If you completley power off the headset, and then hold the power button and the volume down At the same time you can factory reset it. if this does not help please reply to this comment

Have issue where device was Factory reset, starts up, goes to "pairing" on phone said iy cannot pair because update is needed. Can't update because I can't get past this screen to connect to wifi.. any tips?
When the headset is factory reset, do not try to pair it untill it prompts you, it will update itself when starting normally
