ifixit sells Torx drivers but whether they're small enough I don't know.
Here's the link or click on Store > Tools > Drivers and Wrenches at the top of this page.
Here are the two smallest that I could find. T2 Torx Screwdriver, T3 Torx Screwdriver

What device is the screw in i.e. make and model number, as the length, diameter etc would have to be known?

To be honest, all it is a keychain; an expensive one, but a keychain none the less. I just don't know where one can source micro torx screws. or a torx screw driver set so I can narrow it down that way to find the screw size.
