When I open the camera app, I get a brief picture then it freezes and says "Warning : Camera failed" I've already replaced both the front facing camera and the rear camera module, but have the same results. I didn't see any damaged pins/connections when I took everything apart, could it be a damaged motherboard?

@mr_shade it is possible that this is a PCB issue but there are no direct connections between components. You could check the individual components and see what that shows you.
I would also suggest to reinstall the firmware to make sure that this is not Software related. This should help located the components etc. SM G988B Schematic

Thats already at hardened-scils user repairment for getting this far. The succesfull batt replacement did destroy cam funtion or fcked-tion now.. Despite you seem to have dun sich so well, and probably hell of effort to do so?.. aintso? My s20ultra has the best pixels, the spacezoom funktion, Only at 7mp is standart=best picture option for zoom. Jolly dev has a ly-ed109mp BS..
