How to replace a plastic motherboard port that was poorly handled?

At some point during deep clean, one of the 4 motherboard plugins (plastic piece that the thin white strips with blue tips plugin to) got clipped with a pair of sharp tweezers. I shimmied the white strip back into the plastic port but one half of the port has a crack down it.
