It only makes that noise when idling, it sounds like when is not up but it continues like that even if you live idling 2p minutes

I wanted to say when t6 oil is not up even it runs for 20 minutes

@zinyoro what exact model year and engine size is your Honda? What do you mean by "t6 oil" have you checked the poil? Changed it and the oil firlter? what have you checked? what does that noise sounds l;ike. You can add a short video to yuor QUESTION.
