I have laptop ux533FD with FHD screen, can i replace my screen to ux534 with UHD screen resolution?

No. It will not be possible to do this.
The video cable connector on the motherboard in your model laptop where the video cable from the screen plugs into, is only a 30 pin connector.
UHD laptop screens require a 40 pin cable connection between the display and the motherboard.
