Here's a video that shows how to upgrade the SSD.
Here's a link to a supplier that shows what types of SSD are compatible with the laptop. You can use this supplier for information only to know what type and capacity SSD are suitable. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better.
Can't find out how many ram slots there are but according to the specifications the maximum may be 32GB (2 x 16GB?)
Once you have the laptop open to replace the SSD you should be able to find out. It is 2666MHz DDR4 SODIMM ram

I believe the ram is soldered (sry dont know how to spell this) on. I dont know if that means you can still upgrade it, just with a lot more difficulty but most places i've seen say best stay away from that. But I am inexperienced at this so apologies if this is techie fearmongering.
