Check your Bluetooth device
Make sure your device is turned on, is charged or has fresh batteries, and is in range of the PC you want to connect to. Then, try the following: Turn off your Bluetooth device, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Make sure your Bluetooth device is in range.

What is the status of the Bluetooth adapter as shown in Device Manager?
If Win 8 From the Start screen, type control, and then select Control Panel, select System and Security and then in the System area, click Device Manager.
When in Device Manager scroll down to the Bluetooth category, click > to expand the list, right click on the Bluetooth adapter entry select Properties. In the General tab, check if it shows "this device is working properly"
If Win 10, press the Win key and the x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link that appears in the options box. When in Device manager it is as above.
