Hi @uqhlzqpvnw5gxd0

I realize that you said that you checked the fuses but did you check that there is actually 12V DC on the fuse, when the headlamp switch is operated?

Here's an image showing the wiring diagram for the 2010 Nissan Maxima headlamps that may help.

Fuse 51 feeds the 12V DC power to the LH low beam headlamp. Check that there is 12V DC on the fuse, when the headlamp switch is operated.

If there is check that there's 12V DC at the pin #1 of the LH bulb connector.

If there is and since the bulb is a Xenon type check that there is a good earth connection on pin 2 of the bulb connector.

If there is no 12V DC on fuse 51 with the headlight switch operated there's a wiring problem between the LO headlamp relay contacts and the fuse. Rear wiring connection on the fuse perhaps as the same voltage is fed to fuse 52 (RH low headlamp) and it works.

If there is no 12V DC on pin 1 of the LH bulb connector with the headlight switch operated there's a problem with the wiring between fuse 51 and pin 1 of the LH bulb connector
