When I factory reset it does not work but sometimes it shows something

Make sure that the battery is fully charged and then remove the battery from the phone.
Next press and hold the phone's Power button for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reinsert the battery, replace the back cover and check if the phone turns on OK.
Here's the ifixit ZTE Z667T Battery Replacement guide that shows how to remove the battery. Be sure to reinsert it correctly by taking note of which end of the battery the battery terminal contacts are located when you remove it.
