Bottom two screws not staying in

I went to take apart my switch to clean the fan as it's been making a lot of noise, and got to removing the bottom two screws before realising I don't have the appropriate screwdriver for other screws (the Y000 I believe). So I went to put the only two screws I took out back in and they've just been spinning out, not staying in no matter how long I screw them for :( the screws themselves look fine, maybe it's the holes? Will it be a big problem if those two screws can't stay in?
