How do I hook up my dvd player to my tv and make it play

Unfortunately your player is not a dvd player but is a carousel type cd player, which you can load up to 5 cd discs at a time and play them in a sequential order etc.

It can only play cd-rom discs i.e. audio only, not dvd discs i.e. video + audio, so it's not much point connecting it to a TV as it has no video output only a stereo audio output.

It really needs to be be connected to a home audio stereo system as usually TV audio reproduction is not as good as compared to a dedicated stereo sound system.

You could try connecting it to your TV IF your model has an AV input (what is the model number, you didn't say?), and connect the stereo audio cable between the player and the TV and select the AV input as the signal input on the TV, but the TV may show a no signal message on the screen, whilst the music is playing or it may not work at all. It may depend on the TV model
