If your cable is not compatible with the voltage you need, please try replacing it with a cable that matches the required voltage. Additionally, consider changing the fuses in the cable socket and try again.

@ivaanmaran67435 post some pictures of where the wires are connected now. That way we can see what you see and hopefully help you with that. Adding images to an existing question
