@abdullah9805 yes it can be. The very first thing you want to do is to change your battery. That can also be the reason for slow charging. The Battery control module is commonly what regulates the charging. Download the maintenance and service manual from here to work on your laptop.

pls my laptop elite book folio 9470m anytime i open the laptop, like while raise the laptop it display white if i move it back a little it display normal
