My sister's SbS GE had that problem. For some unexplained reason, the bottom drawer was holding it slightly open. Never figured out why, but I removed the plastic piece on the front and it worked fine.

First, refrigerators must be placed on level flooring. Second is not assuming self closing doors as many are adjusted with a slight tilt to allow doors to close. Adjusting the front foot pads can help tilt it a little more.
