This all things started to happen after I downloaded a pirated game , the game before starting asked me the permission of doing changes in my desktop

Try starting the laptop in safe mode with networking and if starts OK etc then open the Windows Defender application and run an offline scan.

Go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Security > Virus and threat protections > scan options > Microsoft defender offline scan
