1 Not booting after formatting.
I bought this 3ds from ebay. It worked fine until I formatted it (It still had all the sellers info and accounts on it) And now there is an error when I try to boot it, or just no response at all (the screen is on but no error message). Never got it to boot after format.

Is there anything else you can tell us about the error? What does the message say? You can add a picture if you want. Adding images to an existing question

I tried that a few times, but nothing seemed to happen. I can try a few more times, but im not sure if it will help. The systems sd card is blank, if that means anything.

Try taking out the SD and game cards and see if it boots then. Sounds too easy, but it could help
