Why is my screen frozen?
I was charging my KOBO which now shows 100% charge but appears frozen in the sleeping screen and I cannot restart. How do I restart?

Hold the power button for 10 seconds or take out the battery, or if that doesn't work, let the battery run out.

I have a KOBO Libra H2O . How do I access the battery?
@james46705 I don't think you can access the battery, so you need to let it run out of battery. If you dont want to do that you can contact one of those tech helpers near you. I'll leave it below for you if you need it

Have you tried holding the Power button for 10 seconds, then release it, to check if it shuts down and then can be restarted?
