If you've only had it 4 days and it is brand new and you didn't drop it or get it wet, take it back to where you bought it from and get a refund or a replacement.

On July 12th when I came home from program my phone screen cracked and the colors are blue yellow orange and pink what I should do I should take the phone to the repair store so they can replace broken dead cracked screen and replace a new one on it
