Can I still connect to WiFi 2.4G in 2023

I have a working iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1.2 can it be connected to WiFi 2.4G or 5G in 2023?

Please, help. I’ve just found out that apple are cancelling this model iPhone, as I’m in Australia 🇦🇺 I might still have time🙏🏼🤞🏼👍🏼

You haven’t lost access to any of the WiFi bands from your phone. But! The WiFi Access Point (AP) you need to access may not offer it.

So far most routers still offer 2.4GHz band support as it’s still the only band which allows distance and connections through dense walls.

Yes I've tried but if u have 2.4 Ghz I had to try so many time for it to work try moving closer to your router
