@cecilia98573 could be a bad fan or a bad resistor pack. It is actually easy to come by. Check something like this video to work on it.
You also need to check the blower motor (fan) relay. Sometimes those either don't seat well or get corroded. It is in a junction box above the glove compartment. Image taken from here
