My power company replaced house connection while recorder was on pause. After that the recorder will not initialize blank disks or play recorded ones.

Try a power refresh and check if that resolves the problem.
Not sure with your model whether it has a backup battery or not so if it works don't be surprised if you have to reconfigure it again to your requirements.
Disconnect the power to the player and then press and hold the player's Power On button for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reconnect the power to the player and turn it on and check. Maybe allow a bit of time to reinitialize when it first starts before checking the settings etc.
