Usually the battery model or type number is stamped on the battery itself.
Search online for the battery model number to find suppliers that suit you best.
A lot of RTC (cmos, BIOS) batteries are a non rechargeable Lithium coin cell CR2032 battery (marked on battery). These are commonly available e.g. supermarkets.
