Razer Orochi not working at all

Hello I recently purchased a razer orochi v2 from a liquidation store and it will connect to my laptop , but will not function. The cursor moves extremely slowly and any clicks take seconds to be recognized not sure what could be the issue.

Try updating the firmware and check if that resolves the problem
