From what I've seen in my shop, the most common cause for a 3 minute restart is an issue with the charge port. Just be aware this piece of software isn't always accurate, and does require further diagnosis, it's a tool used to help narrow down what the issue could be.

iPhone 14 keep restarting if there's an issue with the wireless charging/rear mic/flash.
You can reproduce it by disconnecting the flex cable.
