My screen is showing a whine line that usually disappears and re appear as you shift the screen back and forth

Seems as though the video cable may be damaged where it passes through the hinge to get from the motherboard to the LCD panel.
Here's a screen replacement video that shows how to disassemble the laptop so that you can access the cable and check for any damage.
If the cable is damaged search online for 1422-01MJ000 to find suppliers that suit you best.
Note: The part number is for a 30 pin cable which I think is what is used in your model but double check to make sure it is and not that you need a 40 pin cable instead.
