How can I open up the m3 MacBook Pro base model(That I LOVE SO MUCH!)

So I made a post about something, and I need to open it up and send picures to them on my post. So I wanna know how to open up the MacBook without, using a spudger. Or a thin opening pick. And I want detailed pictures. I have a heavy/meduim duty suction cup. and I have a sort of a bit thick opening pick.

Here is a little guide on how to do it, also a guitar pick will work perfectly fine if you have that

Ok let's start with what you have the could be of help here

You could just unscrew it and use your giant suction cup and a (small steak) knife to do it

Do you have a screw driver that can unscrew the ones in your macbook

@altname - Be careful! As you don't want any metal tools near the logic board (shorting out) and a knife pushed in to far can cut into the battery or cause other damage. Best to find a guitar pick, this maybe a bit much for you to take on without hurting your system.

If you just want a picture iFixit doesn't have the M3 version, but here is images of the M1 & M2 systems M1-M2-interior A lot less work and less likely to damage something in the process! You might find some other sites offer the M3.

@vjnfd3gkfrelm9b besides what you want, we would need you to tell us what you have available. It will be so much easier if you tell us what you have available insead of us guessing. Open your kitchen "junk drawer " and pull out any wooden and plastic "gadgets" and tools you can find, then take a picture of those. Post that with your question. Based on that picture we can always come up with something inventive to help you out. Half of a wooden clothespin comes to mind :-) A file or some sandpaper to shape it and voila, here is your wooden, non-marring spudger

Adding images to an existing question

It's pretty minimalistic since all you will need is a pentalobe screwdriver, a suction cup and a non-marring pry tool. MacBook Pro (14 Inch And 16 Inch) Nov23
