What is causing my playstation to not switch on?
I was playing a game, whilst my controller was charging and received a "too many usb devices connected notification" then immediately after, my playstation shut off. I stupidly left it like that for a few hours without trying to safely restart it and now it doesn't want to turn on. A little earlier I tried switching it on, there was one beep, but it wouldn't turn on. Is it repairable? I assumed maybe it overheated or it was a dust buildup issue, but idk. Someone please help, since I don't want to unnecessarily waste money for something that could be quickly fixed at home

Unfortunately there are just too many possible causes for a 1 beep no power issue. If you leave it unplugged for a good few hours and then retry and you still get a 1 beep no power, you can rule out overheat. In which case it'll need to be opened inspected and tested to zero in on the culprit. Which again could be any number of things, too many different possible things. Look up "ps4 slim 1 beep no power".
