Draining the water after the cycle is not working properly

My draining hose is around half meter from the ground , and my dishwasher gets a fault message “the draining “ nothing wrong , looked at the pump , took it out it was rusty and I just bought a new one , installed and it does the same , I could hear the pump but it only takes water if I put the draining house close to the ground , if I lift it up a little bit then it stops, what could be the problem here ?

My dishwasher is Miele G1170 VI , checked also the hoses inside , found some rubber sealings missing , mounted some teflon tape but nothing helped.
